I was born in Lorraine, France, in the 60’s.
I discovered classical dance, as a source of concentration and happiness, at the age of four.
When I was thirteen, I started dancing at the Grand Theatre in Metz, France and became a professional dancer at the Nancy opera house at seventeen.
At the age of 25, I decided to embark in Paris on learning how to sculpt and studied in several workshops and schools.
My meeting with Alberto CARLISKY was a life changing artistic experience.
Since then, I have taken my independence and create alone in my own workshop in Lyon, France or in my little lovely house on the French Riviera.
Bénédicte has met with Shamar Rinpoche in the mid 90's.
She has studied from him and the Kagyu lineage Masters and has received many initiations mostly from the Shamarpa, Jigme Rinpoche and Karma Trinlay Rinpoche.
At the end of 2014, after Shamarpa passed away, Jigme Rinpoche requested Bénédicte to start shaping a statue of his brother in a meditative posture...
